  • 2 tablespoons magic borscht with sour cream
  • 5 yolks
  • 1 beef
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1 celery
  • salt pepper
  • vinegar

RECIPE PREPARATION Belly soup:

I rinsed the beef belly in cold water and put it to boil together with the onion, celery and beef bone over a suitable heat. When it is almost ready, beat 5 yolks with sour cream, add the magic borscht, and put a pinch of soup juice, stirring constantly so as not to cut the sour cream. Slowly add the whole composition to the pot. , put 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar (to taste), and at the end add a little chopped fresh parsley
