Ingredient:

100 g coconut flakes (50 g for composition + 50 g for decoration)

Preparation:

It starts first with the preparation of the seeds that will be placed in the middle of the candies.

If you use almond kernels, it is recommended to soak them overnight in lukewarm water with a little salt. The next day, the peel will come off easily from the seeds, and the core will become crispy.

For this recipe I used a box of Olympus cream cheese with 21% fat. It's greasy, but not as big as a packet of 200 grams of butter, and I like even more how it combines with the taste of coconut. I put the cream cheese in a bowl, added 2 tablespoons of honey, a little vanilla essence and then grated coconut. How much coconut? I can't tell you. I didn't weigh. The idea is to put on until you get a composition that no longer sticks to your hand and can be easily shaped into balls. If you put too much coconut and the composition becomes crumbly, do not panic! Add another tablespoon of milk and mix until you reach the desired consistency.

It can also be mixed with a spoon, but it is best done by hand, so you feel exactly the texture of the composition and you know when to stop adding coconut or milk.

From the obtained composition, form balls / balls of the desired size and roll them through grated coconut. That's all! Simpler and faster than that I don't think it's possible.

The taste of this dessert seems absolutely fantastic to me.
